Sports Clubs at Oldswinford
Below are the current range of clubs and activities that we offer.
Autumn 1 -
We have a total of 9 clubs running this half term! Be sure to sign up for one and have lots of fun!
Multi-sports - Available to all year groups on different days of the week. Children take part in a variety of games and activities to develop a range of skills.
Dance - Years 1 & 2. Children develop their sequence of movements and learn key skills along the way.
Archery - Years 3 & 4. A great opportunity to try a new sport and develop new skills.
Rugby - Year 4. This has always been a very popular club, run by a rugby coach.
Basketball - Year 3. A fun way to develop children’s ball skills as well as working as part of a team and communicating with one another.
Cricket - Year 2. A great opportunity to expose children to this sport. The focus will be to develop their skills and hand eye coordination.

Bench-ball - Years 3 & 4. A fun way to develop children’s ball skills as well as working as part of a team and communicating with one another.
Cricket - Years 5 & 6. A great opportunity to expose children to this sport.
Dodgeball - Year 4. Children love to engage in this high energy team game!
Football - Year 6. A very popular club amongst the boys & girls.
Athletics - Years 1, 2, 3 & 4. This has always been a very popular club, run by an external coach.
Invasion games - Years 3, 4, 5 & 6. A great opportunity for children to work as part of a team, developing their communication skills and learning skills with older peers.
